As a successful gym owner, Dean wanted to prove he could change his body and he did just that! We worked together closely for 12 weeks – trained together and had check-ins to make adjustments to his diet on a weekly basis. Preserving mass is difficult on a calorie deficit, and so is running a business but he did a great job! Aside from the odd blip (lads will be lads!), he put in a huge amount of effort and really proved he could get into good shape, fast!
The pictures were taken every 3 weeks and show how his body changed in that time. He has since gone on to be a successful strongman and is doing extremely well in the fitness industry. Keep working hard, Dean!
