Mitchell was clear and focused about his goal. He wanted to lose body fat and preserve lean muscle so we agreed to work together to see what we could accomplish in 12 weeks. He did an awesome job and it was great to coach him with weekly check ins to keep him motivated and on track. Watching his body change as each week went by was a real buzz for us both and he got the flat stomach he really wanted! He did a great job and was incredibly happy with the results.
